Most of our employees continue to work from home, as the safety and wellbeing of our people is of the highest importance, however some of our team are now working at our head office where appropriate.

Product Availability

We are committed to supporting you and will continue to deliver to schools, nurseries and homes. Like many businesses however, our stock levels are being stretched on certain products due to manufacturing and delivery delays as many suppliers recover from Covid related closures. We are working hard across our supply base to improve availability for both stocked items and those listed as direct delivery. Some direct delivery items may be subject to extended delivery times. Please check with our Customer Service team for the latest updates and availability, especially if the item is required urgently.

Delivery Service

Next Day Delivery Service: Available – order before 2pm

Standard Delivery Service: Available – deliveries are taking between 2-4 working days currently

Delay Delivery Service: Available – select your delivery date for in stock items (available 5 days+ in advance)

Our warehouse team continue to work hard fulfilling customer orders and we are fully compliant with the latest government social distancing guidelines. All of our delivery partners are also operating a contactless delivery service for your safety.

Summer Holidays

Please make sure you update your summer opening times with us, you can update these within the Your Profile section of Your Account on the website, or contact Customer Service who will update your account for you. This will ensure we only deliver to you when we know you are open, if we don’t have this information your order will be held until the start of the new term.
